Seniors - 62 and older - and those who are homebound can now schedule energy assistance phone appointments.
Hopelink has a separate voice mail box 1.425.897.3701 where seniors can call in and leave a message. Energy specialists will call back and provided a phone appointment. Seniors do not need to be late paying their bill, pending disconnection or shut-off to make an appointment.
If seniors have been disconnected or have less than a 10 day supply of wood, oil or propane they should call the emergency line at 1.425.869.6027 to schedule an emergency appointment.
