Document Actions
Hopelink provides many types of programs that help families to become stable and self-sufficient.  Hopelink also helps people to access other services in their communities.  Some programs and services have requirements, which may include identification of your name and Social Security number, proof of where you live, and documentation of your income.  When you call Hopelink for the first time, Hopelink staff members will be able to tell you what information or documents you may need to bring to an interview at your local Hopelink center.   To find out which Hopelink center helps people near you, please see our service area map.
